Terms of Service

The 8-Hour AI Playbook is a paid consulting engagement, delivered by the AI Implementation Plan service: a one-time $99 purchase that gets you an AI assessment call (about 20 minutes), a personalized playbook and deck delivered by email within 48 hours of that call, and a 30-minute walkthrough call you can book from your deck. That’s the whole deal — no subscription, no recurring charge.

Our page says it plainly: not thrilled with your playbook? We’ll make it right, or refund you. Here’s what that means: tell us within 30 days of receiving your playbook, and we’ll either revise your playbook to address what’s missing or refund your $99 in full — your choice. The “8 hours a week” figure on our page is what our recommendations are built to save you; if your playbook doesn’t credibly map to that for your business, that’s exactly what this guarantee is for. What the guarantee is not: a warranty that any specific business result will occur — you run your business, and outcomes depend on what you implement.

The playbook contains recommendations about third-party AI tools. We don’t control those tools, their pricing, or their behavior, and we may recommend tools with free tiers precisely so you can verify fit before spending anything. Decisions about what to adopt are yours.

Our total liability to you under this engagement is capped at the amount you paid us ($99). Your deck and playbook are yours to use for your business; the underlying formats and methods are ours. Don’t resell the deliverables as your own product.

Payment is processed by Stripe at time of purchase, and Stripe securely saves your payment method on file for your engagement — Stripe holds it, we never see it. These terms are governed by Oregon law, with Multnomah County, Oregon as venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
